Giselle Pinto

Giselle is the Acting CEO of the Ladder Project Foundation (Ladder). Ladder supports young people in need of positive intervention at critical times in their lives, and the organisation exists because of the vision of AFL players who saw the role and responsibility of the industry in driving social change some 17 years ago.

Giselle has spent the best part of her career in the for-purpose space working across multiple functions and most of this time has focused on working with and for young people to drive better outcomes. She also spent seven years at Philanthropy Australia, the peak body for giving – working towards a more generous and inclusive Australia.
