Ian Murray

Ian was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2007 and Lawyer in New South Wales in 2015. Since admission, Ian has practised in the area of medical negligence, predominantly representing injured patients and their families.

Ian holds the degree of Bachelor of Laws (honours) and post graduate diploma in legal practice. He has appeared in all the Courts of the Western Australian jurisdiction and has successfully run medical negligence cases at Trial in the District Court, in the Supreme Court of Appeal and the High Court of Australia. He has also appeared as counsel in the Coroner’s Court.

Outside of work he enjoys following the dubious fortunes of both Leeds United Football Club and the South Sydney Rabbitohs, and spending time with his young family.
