In his current role as Strategy & Innovation Director for Alstom ANZ, Ian Shore provides overall leadership and direction to ensure the development and implementation of strategy and innovation for the Alstom ANZ business, as well as alignment with global priorities for all product lines. Ian Shore is an experienced, results-oriented Commercial Business Development & Strategy executive with over 14 years of experience. Focused in the key areas of domestic and international strategy, technical supply chain, P&L performance and relationship management/partnering, he has led commercial teams in challenging markets, by delivering long-term value to the business through the creation and execution of new and organic sustainable growth.
