James Zenni Jr.

Mr. Zenni is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Z Capital Group (“ZCG”) where he is responsible for all portfolio management and business operations. Mr. Zenni has had substantial success investing in private equity and credit strategies for over three decades.

ZCG is a leading, privately held merchant bank comprised of private markets asset management, business consulting services (ZCG Consulting) and technology development and solutions (Haptiq Technologies & Solutions) with approximately $7B of AUM. ZCG and its affiliates have a global team of over 400 talented professionals.

Mr. Zenni is the inventor and patent holder of Olympus Fintech, an advanced unified data platform for private equity and credit reporting that allows stakeholders to seamlessly access qualitative and quantitative insights to maximize financial performance. Olympus is the flagship product of Haptiq Technology & Solutions.

Mr. Zenni is a graduate of Xavier University, attended Xavier University Graduate School of Business and University of Vienna (Austria) School of Economics and Business Administration.
