Jennifer Johnson

Jenn has 20 years of experience in the field of civil and water resources engineering, with an emphasis on sustainable stormwater and resilience planning, design, permitting, and construction services for institutional, municipal, and commercial projects. Her passion is collaborating with clients and project partners to develop and implement innovative solutions to address climate change for site design and infrastructure projects. Jenn has been instrumental in the growth and strategic direction of the Resilience Planning & Design team and was appointed Executive Vice President in December 2023. Jenn holds a BS in Biological Systems Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and an MS in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from North Carolina State University.
