Jessica Yoon

Jessica Yoon is a Senior Director at L+M Development Partners where she has been leading affordable housing and mixed-use projects in New York City for six years. She has been involved in financing new construction projects totaling over $1 billion and 2,000 units of housing, including public infrastructure components. Her work is focused on community uses encompassing schools, daycares, senior centers, and healthcare facilities as well as sustainability in affordable housing. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Studies from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. She holds the CPHC certification from Passive House Institute.
