Joane Levin

Joanne is currently the Chief Executive Officer of iMH (Integrated Mental Health), a partnership with Aurora Healthcare and Medibank (Amplar Health). The joint venture opened its first private mental health hospital in Canberra in March 2024, with two further hospitals scheduled to open in 2024, and a fourth in 2025. Joanne has over 20 years’ experience of senior health management within the mental health private hospital/health sector and holds a non-executive board position (The Cannan Institute). She brings a broad range of senior executive and regional leadership roles in mental health services, including 15 years at Aurora Health, where she was responsible for clinical governance, quality and risk. She is an accomplished health care executive who focuses on delivering operational excellence and driving aggressive business growth strategies through green and brownfield developments, acquisition, and start-ups of innovative new care and business models. Joanne provides executive leadership, financial management, and operational oversight of iMH’s growing hospital portfolio across Australia. Joanne’s qualifications include Bachelor of Nursing in Mental Health and a Certificate in Counselling.
