Jon Juffs

Jon joined the McIntosh Perry team in 2014 with continuous work experience since 1988 that includes: fire safety-system audits; mechanical system construction; low-rise residential design, analysis, and construction; low and high rise condominium design, construction, investigation, and repair; laboratory experiments on windows and walls; publicly-funded multi-unit residential building construction, repair, renovation, and renewal; road building, potable water main installation, storm water management systems, sewer drainage, and other site servicing requirements; and managing three separate building envelope science and technology firms.  In 2006, Jon co-authored Reserve Fund Essentials a layperson’s guide to reserve fund planning and control.
