Kiran Sharma

I am a founding partner of First Look Capital, a fund investing in finance, health, real estate and work tech. We invest across Europe in businesses founded or co-founded by women or other diverse people. We define diverse by reference to gender, ethnicity, sexuality and socio-economic backgrounds. Prior to founding First Look Capital, I was an equity partner at Ropes & Gray, a US law firm, specialising in private equity and M&A. I am based in London.
