Lisa is the Director of Project Engagement within the Buildings Team, a crucial pillar of ILFI’s Impact Group. Her primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional experiences for project teams involved in our Living Building Challenge, Zero Carbon, and Zero Energy certifications. Leading a team of passionate professionals, Lisa helps clarify our standard requirements and provides technical support that spans project work from feasibility to construction administration. Moreover, she plays a pivotal role in documenting client feedback and innovation to inform our future certification products. x000D With over a decade of experience in the building products sector, Lisa has championed transparency and reduced toxicity in materials, helping teams understand how a product is made and its lifecycle impacts. Outside of her official work, she's even contributed to state legislation addressing chemicals of concern in building products. Beyond her work and advocacy in the building sector, Lisa is an avid outdoor enthusiast, recharging in nature through activities like gardening, hiking, biking, skiing, or paddleboarding. Embodying the belief that everyone can catalyze change, Lisa is committed to promoting and supporting regenerative building practices and teams, recognizing the significance of every individual's role in realizing impactful projects.
