Marie-Noelle Lincourt-Ethier

Marie-Noelle Lincourt-Ethier is the Vice President of Business & Commercial Excellence at Merck Canada Inc. A mechanical engineer by training, Marie-Noelle started her career as a Research Associate at Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal before joining the supplier management team at Bombardier Aerospace. In 2016, she accepted a position as Procurement Country Lead at Merck Canada, and subsequently became Strategy Realization Officer, Strategic Account Manager and lead of the Vaccines Key Account Management team. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and driving organizational strategies.

Marie-Noelle is a member of the Ordre des Ingenieurs du Quebec. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Applied Science in Biomedical Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal.
