Mervi Kujanpaa

Mervi Kujanpää is a Senior Adviser at the Finnish Tax Administration where she is responsible for procedures related to yield payments. She has been responsible for the practical implementation of OECD’s TRACE model to dividend payments in Finland and coordinates the TRACE reporting, reconciliation, and communication with the Authorized Intermediaries. Mervi is also supporting the Ministry of Finance in Finland in EU Commission’s FASTER initiative.

Previously she has worked in several roles in Central Securities Depository Euroclear Finland and lastly, she acted as Manager in Asset Servicing. This long experience of the securities industry and CSD operations has been an excellent background to her current work at the Finnish Tax Administration.
