Mohamed Ali

Mohamed Ali is a Dubai-based regional real estate fund management professional with experience raising and managing GCC real estate funds as well as investing in global RE markets. He has invested in some of the earliest sale-leasebacks of education PropCos in the UAE. Mohamed brings perspectives on building, owning, and financing education infrastructure, and key considerations for new market entrants and expanding education operators in accessing regional capital markets. He is the former head of real estate at NBK Capital Partners (part of the National Bank of Kuwait) and headed the GCC Real Estate business at PineBridge Investments. His past experience includes working for alternative asset managers and banks including Arcapita and Gulf International Bank.
