Sofia Marsaglia

Sofia Marsaglia is a Director of ESG Advisory at Wallbrook where she works closely with asset managers and other financial institutions, helping them to navigate the evolving demands of the ESG and sustainability agenda. Sofia assists these firms in developing an ESG strategy aligned to key market standards and reporting frameworks such as the UN Principles for Responsible Investment and the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures. She also supports firms in developing and executing their Net Zero plans and reporting on wider ESG metrics across their portfolios. Sofia began her career at Wallbrook working in the diligence practice. As an Italian, French and Spanish speaker she has completed numerous investigations across a range of sectors and jurisdictions, although with a particular focus on Southern Europe and Francophone Africa. In this role, Sofia managed relationships with various European-based private equity firms and alternative asset managers, completing diligence work on their potential acquisitions and divestments.
