Stefan Ciufu-Hayward

Stefan works as a regional Legal Directors for Colas, which is an international transport infrastructure contractor.

Having started his career working as a solicitor in private practice, Stefan specialized in construction law where he worked on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters in the UK and Europe. Subsequently he decided to move in-house and for the last 10 years he worked in Colas multiple businesses in multiple countries and jurisdictions. He has extensive experience with various forms of contracts such as JCT, FIDIC, NEC and Alliancing, having worked on projects in different locations in the UK, Ireland, Middle East, Europe and South East Africa.
