Tamás Nagy, Director, Equity Partner, Southern and Central Europe, Baltics, Caucasus

Tamás joined EBRD in 2018 to head equity deal sourcing and execution in Southern and Central Europe, Baltics and Caucasus.

Previously he was a Managing Director and Partner at Advent International, one of the largest and most experienced private equity investment companies in the world. He took a variety of roles, leading investment team across the entire deal cycle in a number of investments in Central and Eastern Europe. He also headed the Budapest and Kiev offices earlier in his career with Advent. Prior to joining Advent, he was with ING Barings, covering Eastern European corporate finance based in London.

Tamás holds an EMBA in Business Strategy from Kellogg-WHU, masters and undergraduate degrees in International Business from Alliance Manchester Business School and in Business Administration, Economics and Software Engineering from Johannes Kepler University Linz.
