Prior to Xogene, Woo co-founded Intrasphere, a technology and services provider to the biopharmaceutical industry, which was acquired by Deloitte Consulting. Woo also co-founded PharmaCM, a pioneering clinical disclosure platform, now a part of Citeline.A former derivatives trader, Woo is also a founder of Reval (now Ion), a global leader of SaaS platform for treasury and risk management with clients and employees in North America, EMEA, and the Asia Pacific.
