David Heska is a professional engineer and is the Southwestern Ontario Director of WSP’s building sciences team. David is a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute, is a contributing author in the Glass Canada magazine, and he has spoken at the Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association Trade Show and The Buildings Show. His areas of expertise include building envelopes (roofs, exterior walls and windows), concrete restoration (balconies, walls and parking garages). David has extensive experience in building restoration projects, building condition surveys, and capital planning studies.

Jason Paulos is an experienced Project Manager at WSP with a strong background in the construction industry. With over 10 years of diverse experience, Jason has made significant contributions in various sectors, including manufacturing, contracting, and consulting. Jason has undertaken projects in residential, institutional, commercial, and transportation divisions. He actively supports company-wide efforts to develop low carbon solutions to enhance building envelope performance. He also plays a key role in WSP’s research and analysis of high-performance glazing systems. Jason is actively involved in industry through various organizations, including TMU and the Ontario Building Envelope Council.
