You-Ha has more than 12 year experience in the alternative investment segment having done primary, secondary and co-investments at large institutional organizations such as an insurance company, a public organization and a fund-of-funds. You-Ha began his career in the M&A advisory business at KPMG and is an economist by training.

Matthias Kirchgaessner has been Managing Partner of PLEXUS Research GmbH since 2021. He specializes in alternative investments such as hedge funds and private debt. Prior to joining PLEXUS, the business administration graduate had been active as a consultant in the field of alternatives with his company CAAAC since end of 2011. Mr. Lozovsky is a Co-Founder, the Managing Partner and the Chief Investment Officer of Sandglass Capital Management. Mr. Lozovsky serves as portfolio manager of the Sandglass Opportunity Fund and the Sandglass Select Funds. Mr. Lozovsky has 31 years of investment management experience in special situations and private equity investing. During his career, Mr. Lozovsky was a co-founder and principal of asset management firms focused on distressed credit, stressed credit and equity investing in global emerging markets with combined assets of $3 billion, including Salute Capital Management, Delta Private Equity Partners and the Sputnik Funds. Mr. Lozovsky has served on the Board of Directors of over a dozen emerging markets companies. Mr. Lozovsky began his career in M&A at Credit Suisse in New York. Mr. Lozovsky graduated cum laude from the University of Chicago, where he studied economics and statistics. Mr. Lozovsky is an American citizen and is fluent in Russian and conversant in French.

As co-founder and managing partner of Octane Capital, Robert Meyer zu Starten has extensive experience in the field of distressed debt and special situations investments. Prior to setting-up Octane Capital, Mr. Meyer zu Starten was a member of the founding team of UK fund manager Renshaw Bay and responsible for distressed debt and special situations investments. Prior to that, Robert Meyer zu Starten was with the global distressed debt funds Cerberus Capital Management and Lone Star Funds. Mr. Meyer zu Starten holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne.
