Jim came to Conduent in 2017 after serving as Vice President of New Product Development at Cardinal Health. Before joining Cardinal Health, Jim was one of the co-founders of Sonexus Health, another leading provider of patient access and specialty commercialization services.

Jim is a recognized industry expert who has published numerous articles, lending insights on a variety of issues impacting the healthcare industry in the areas of market access, government pricing, contracting and trade.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.

Jennie brings over 25 years of industry experience with extensive focus in specialty drug patient support programs across multiple therapeutic areas. Jennie is responsible for leading Strategy & Operations for the Rezurock & Tzield Patient Support Programs. Previously, Jennie was the Head of US Patient Assistance at Novartis, and has led teams in other functions to include Training & Development and Large Account Management. Jennie is driven by opportunities to make difference, finding unique ways to solve complex problems, challenging the status quo, and learning from others.

Jennie is a graduate of Moravian University, where she earned a BS in Biology, and Seton Hall University School of Law, where she earned her MSJ in Health & Hospital Law.

Jessica Longo is the Director of Cardiometabolic Patient Support and NNI Patient Assistance Programs (PAP) at Novo Nordisk. Jessica has over a decade of pharmaceutical marketing and patient support experience across many disease states within the pharmaceutical industry, for companies including Shire and Takeda. She started her journey with patient services as the Patient Marketing Lead at Shire, and enjoys bringing those learnings from rare disease to her work helping support patients in other, larger disease areas. Having worked in marketing on multiple product launches, and products further in their lifecycle, Jessica has a true passion for supporting patients along their entire treatment journey, and is constantly striving to create a better patient experience. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Villanova University.
