A highly experienced program delivery professional, Alex has over 25 years’ experience successfully executing large, complex, digitally enabled programs across a range of industries, including finance, transport, FMCG, media and healthcare. As the Director, Clinical Portfolio at eHealth NSW, Alex leads the state-wide delivery of digital programs covering clinical areas such as intensive care, medical imaging, pre-hospital emergency care and virtual care. The Virtual Care Program is primarily responsible for leveraging technology to support and enhance the use of virtual care throughout NSW, in partnership with the Ministry of Health and the Agency for Clinical Innovation along with Local Health Districts, hospitals and other central health organisations.

Donna Parkes is the Virtual Care Stream Lead at the Agency for Clinical Innovation. Donna has been a part of the system transformation of NSW Health working to support the integration of virtual care seamlessly into healthcare. With over 15 years in this space, the past 5 years leading the work at the ACI, Donna has been instrumental in developing major initiatives that have encouraged innovation, supported maturity in the system and she continues to work with a laser focus to elevate the clinician and consumer experience.
