Jeff Thomas leads KingSett’s development group and is responsible for the visioning and execution of KingSett’s development business. Prior to KingSett, Jeff was the Managing Partner of Ashlar Urban, a commercial real estate brokerage firm which was sold to Cushman & Wakefield in 2017. He is a member of YPO and actively involved with several charitable organizations. KingSett has raised $16.1 billion of equity for its Growth, Income, Urban, Mortgage, Affordable Housing and Residential Development strategies. Currently, KingSett has $17.7 billion of assets under management in a $19.4 billion portfolio. KingSett continues to seek further opportunities to invest in a wide range of real estate properties, developments, joint ventures and mortgage lending.

Jen Harrop is Senior Vice President, Fund Management at Peakhill Capital. Jen’s focus is on delivering value for investor clients across managed funds and third party initiatives, including conventional and CMHC financing. Jen has experience in every aspect of commercial mortgage lending, drawing on her background with public and private companies with both OSFI and provincially regulated institutions. Her roles and spanned the origination, credit, and portfolio management functions.
