Anthony Mancuso is Head of Risk Modeling and Decisioning in the RQS division of SAS. In that capacity, he has ultimate responsibility for market strategy, product requirements, project implementation, and advisory consulting for all Risk solutions relating to model development, deployment, modeling and governance. In addition, he works closely with internal and external colleagues to develop product pipeline, support presales activities, and provide training and knowledge transfer. An experienced and polished speaker, he possesses the ability to communicate complicated ideas to a variety of audiences – from laypersons to experts – in multiple roles.
Anthony has worked at SAS since 2003, in a variety of roles. Initially an educator for risk solutions and econometrics, he moved to Research and Development, where he became a technical lead and development manager. Moving to a customer-facing role, Anthony participated in and led multiple projects around the globe, including model development and calibration, stress testing, market risk, IFRS9/CECL, and IFRS17. In general, his experience spans credit risk, stress testing, ALM, regulatory capital, and general risk analytics.
Anthony has a Masters in Statistics and PhD in Economics (econometrics concentration), both from North Carolina State University..

Mark is currently Group Senior Advisor for Bank South Pacific, the leading bank in the South Pacific, operating in Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Solomon Islands, Cook Islands, Samoa, Tonga, and Vanuatu. In addition, Mark is Senior Advisor across Northern Europe for SAS, a global leader in analytics, and holds several non-executive board roles with Financial Services companies in the UK.
Formerly, Mark was the Group Chief Risk Officer of Virgin Money for 7 years, previously EMEA Chief Risk Officer & Global Head of IFR9 & IRB of HSBC also for 7 years. With over 37 years Financial Services experience in corporate, retail and business banking globally, Mark is recognised as an international banking expert in Risk management & was awarded by the financial services industry, UK CRO of the year in 2018 & Lifetime Achievement award for his contribution to UK Banking in 2022.
Mark has held several senior international positions including President and CEO with Home Credit (Asia) and he was also an Executive Director and Business Head (Russia) with Renaissance Capital in Moscow. With Citi he progressed from Chief Risk Officer (UK & Ireland) to become CEO of Citi Consumer (Russia). Prior to this, he worked with Citi, latterly as Executive and Business Head, based in India.
Mark is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management.

Rob Livingstone – Chief Credit Officer in PTSB for two years.
Holding previous roles of Deputy Chief Credit Officer and Head of Underwriting and Acquisition Strategy since joining PTSB in 2017.
Prior to PTSB, Rob held a number of Senior Roles in Ulster Bank (Natwest Group) – Leading teams in North & South of Ireland for 18 years. Mainly in Credit Risk:
Head of Underwriting
Head of Problem Debt Management and Impairment.
