Pennie McCoy is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 15 years of experience in a range of practices, including hospital dietetics, research as well as corporate nutrition, and is passionate about empowering people to make healthier choices to meet their health and nutrition goals. Pennie heads the health coaching and client success team at Digital Wellness in delivering high quality, evidence based, weight management and health programs for chronic disease management through the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet. A mother of two children, she is lover of the ocean and the outdoors and you’ll find her exploring new foods and restaurants at the weekends.
