Dr Owen Rhys Hutchings MBChB DRCOG DCH FRACGP Dr Hutchings is the Clinical Director of RPA Virtual Hospital, a Hospital Generalist and Fellow of the Australian College of General Practitioners. Owen has extensive experience consulting patients in hospital based Urgent Care and acute General Practice environments including Hospital in The Home to provide hospital type care to people in the community. Dr Hutchings has proven success in clinical leadership and establishing innovative models which integrate care between inpatient hospital and outpatient community settings in collaboration with Primary Care. This includes the use of Digital and Virtual Health. rpavirtual as the first Virtual Hospital in NSW performed a pivotal lead role in the response to COVID-19.

Lorraine  Anderson Lorraine Anderson Medical Director at Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Services (KAMS)

Dr Lorraine Anderson is the Medical Director at Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Services, based in Broome, Western Australia. Lorraine is proudly linked through her father to the Palawa people of Tasmania. She gained her primary degree in Medicine at The University of Auckland in New Zealand, followed by post graduate qualifications in Public Health and Tropical Medicine, Child Health, Palliative Medicine and General Practice. Lorraine is a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practice and the Royal Australian College of General Practice. She has been working in Aboriginal health and remote rural practice in the Pilbara, Indian Ocean Territories and now the Kimberley for the past 14 years. Lorraine has a passion for Aboriginal Health, the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Sector model of care and loves to see technology being used well in this environment.

Emma  O’Brien Emma O’Brien PhD RMT OAM, Head of Music Therapy and Scrub Choir at The Royal Melbourne

Dr Emma O’Brien OAM is an internationally renowned innovator in the role of music in wellbeing; specialising in facilitating the creation of original songs with individuals and communities, and now also specialising in healthcare staff wellbeing with the evolution of The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) Scrub Choir. Emma is a singer, performer, music therapist, composer, music video editor, healthcare leader, and researcher. Emma is the founder and ongoing lead of the music therapy service at RMH She was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia in the 2017 Australia Day Honours for her service to community health through music therapy programs, and in 2018 her music therapy program won both Victorian Public Healthcare Awards and a Melbourne Award (City of Melbourne). Emma is also the founder of the Chris O'Brien Lifehouse Music Therapy program (2016) NSW and is their ongoing Music Therapy Fellow. Since 2020 the RMH Scrub Choir has featured across all media and Emma is regular speaker on radio, TV and at national and international conferences. She hosts a podcast called 'Scrub Sessions' and continues to lead the RMH Scrub Choir. and music therapy team at RMH.
