Patrick Dugas, who has 15+ years of global focus in the energy industry, heads up the LNG Trading for TOTAL Gas & Power (TGP), is based in London and is currently managing the worldwide LNG Portfolio of TGP. This includes different aspects of the LNG portfolio management, including but not limited to the spot & mid-term trading, the long term contracts negotiations (Supply and Purchase Agreements) and the hedging of the LNG portfolio price exposure. He is also working in coordination with the Shipping department, LNG Operations and the Business Development of the LNG activities.

Cara MacDonald is currently Head of LNG & Clean-Fuel Supply and Origination at RWE Supply and Trading, one of Europe’s leading trading houses.

She has more than 12 years of experience in the LNG industry. Previously, she has held roles at RWE as the Commercial Manager for RWE’s interest in the Nabucco Pipeline Project and in cross commodity structured origination.

Prior to joining RWE, she held roles in UK Power Origination at Enron and as an Economic Consultant for the oil & gas industry at AUPEC.

Glenn V. Kviljo joined Equinor in 2006 is currently holding the position as Head of Global Gas Trading_. He has previously worked in Gas portfolio optimization, Crude oil trading, Refined products trading, and oil refining. Mr. Kviljo has a Master's degree in Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
