Sharadiya is the founder of Blue Dot Capital, a sustainable finance consultancy. Blue Dot partners with investment management firms, with a primary focus on private markets firms, to support the end-to-end development and execution of ESG and impact investing programs, capabilities, and products. Earlier in 2024, Blue Dot launched its product platform, "Blue Dot Intel" that leverages domain-specific, AI-powered models to generate sustainability and climate insights for LPs and GPs.

Since 2020, Blue Dot has advised investment management clients with $1.7 trillion+ in collective AUM.

Sharadiya leads Blue Dot’s strategy, partnerships, and industry engagement and advises CEOs, CIOs, Heads of ESG, and family office principals. She is also the lead champion of Blue Dot’s “commitment-to-constant-learning” tenet. Sharadiya is frequently invited to speak at institutional investor events, with a particular focus on how the channels and levers of sustainable investing fit into the shifting geoeconomic landscape.

Before founding Blue Dot, Sharadiya led the sustainable investment advisory efforts at Good Capital Project/17 Asset Management and oversaw the development of educational and thought leadership resources in partnership with leading financial institutions.

Previously, Sharadiya spent 10+ years in corporate banking and asset management.
