Dr. Occhino specializes in large-scale workforce transformation at Queensland Health. As Assistant Deputy-Director General Workforce Strategy, he leads strategic initiatives to improve health services across the state. Dr. Occhino collaborates with stakeholders, including universities and industry partners, to attract, build, and retain workforce resources. He also serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Queensland and contributes to international conferences and publications on organizational performance.
