Imogen is a Partner and Head of Primaries in Pantheon’s European Private Equity team and also a member of the European Investment Committee, ESG Committee and Allocation Committee. Prior to joining the primaries team, Imogen spent 9 years on Pantheon’s secondary team and also headed up the Investment Structuring and Strategy division. Prior to Pantheon Imogen worked on small and mid-market private equity and mezzanine transactions for Anglo Irish Bank in Dublin. She holds a master’s degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University. Imogen is based in London.

Based in its Edinburgh and London offices, Merrick heads the private equity business (formerly abrdn Private Equity) within Patria Global Private Markets Solutions (“Patria GPMS”). With AuM of over $10bn and a team of 60, including 25 investment professionals, Patria GPMS constructs tailored private equity portfolios principally through European and North American primary commitments, secondary fund investments and co-investments. Patria GPMS represents a broad range of private equity investors via pooled funds and separately managed accounts, including the Patria Private Equity Trust plc (a FTSE-250 £1.2bn investment trust). Merrick is a member of the Patria GPMS Investment Committee, an Advisory Board member of numerous funds, a regular speaker at private equity conferences, and a member of the Invest Europe Limited Partners Council.

An Australian with British dual-nationality, Merrick has over 30 years’ experience in the European private equity industry. Previous roles include: Head of European Investments in Macquarie’s Private Markets division (now Roc Partners); 13 years as a Partner and Investment Committee member of Primary Capital (the London-based, lower mid-market private equity firm) where he was responsible for leading, originating and managing numerous private equity investments in the UK; and 5 years in lead MBO and M&A advisory services. Merrick holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Queensland.

Dana Haimoff, Managing Director, joined the Private Equity Group in 2002. Ms. Haimoff is a senior Portfolio Manager in the London office. She is responsible for sourcing, due diligence and monitoring private equity primary venture capital, growth and buyout funds, secondary and co-investment opportunities on behalf of the PEG’s comingled and client separate account funds. Currently, she serves on numerous private equity LP advisory committees. Dana is the co-Founder of Level20, a not-for-profit organization set up to encourage women to succeed in the private equity industry. She is a member of the British Venture Capital Association’s Limited Partner Committee. Dana is a director on the board of JPMorgan Asset Management International Ltd and JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Ltd and is responsible for the firm’s SMCR’s EMEA Alternatives.

David is an investment advisor with Wilshire, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and serves on Wilshire’s global Private Markets Investment Committee. As member of the private markets investment team he is responsible for advising on and managing private market investments (private equity, VC and private credit, including primaries, co-investment and secondaries) on behalf of institutional clients. Prior to joining Wilshire, he worked at Shell Asset Management Company, where he was a private equity portfolio manager focused on the North American market. He spent his early career as attorney/solicitor and legal counsel specializing in international corporate, M&A, private markets and (South African) human rights law. He is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Cape Town. David is a citizen of The Netherlands and South Africa. In his spare time, he volunteers as part-time board member of the Orchestra of the Eighteenth Century and is a food and wine enthusiast. In an attempt to compensate for the latter, he is an avid open water swimmer and tries to catch the sunrise as often as possible from a lake, sea or ocean nearby.
