Alex Belcastro
Senior Vice President, Developments and Precincts at Northwest Healthcare Properties
Alex is the Senior Vice President of Precincts and Development at Northwest, the largest specialised healthcare REIT in ANZ.
Previously, she served as the Chief Business Development Officer at Ramsay Health Care, overseeing a portfolio of hospital assets valued at approximately $8 billion.
Alex is a member of Chief Executive Women and has been appointed by Science and Technology Australia to drive the national STEM agenda. Additionally, Alex serves on the Precincts Committee of the Property Council of NSW.
Alex is recognized by the International Academy for Design and Health for her contributions to healthcare design. She has also conducted research on preventing invasive fungal disease during construction, which was published in the Internal Medicine Journal.
