Throughout his 29-year career spanning six diverse industries, Brian Ross has spearheaded projects across multiple countries, granting him invaluable insights into how culture underpins high performance, particularly Safety Performance. Over the past eight years, Brian has been deeply immersed in the global rail sector, leading the successful execution of complex projects in metropolitan settings such as Toronto, Canada; Auckland and Wellington, New Zealand; and the Perth Metronet program, along with the challenging Pilbara Heavy Haul networks. At the core of Brian's ethos lies a commitment to 'The Safety of our people,' a value he ensures remains central to all endeavours, both professional and personal. Leading his team in Western Australia, Brian champions this critical focus, driving excellence in safety practices. Beginning his career in electrical, communications, and process systems, Brian furthered his education with a Masters in Leadership and Management from Nottingham Trent University, UK, and a Masters of Project Management from George Washington University, USA. Throughout his journey, Brian has led the recovery of numerous projects to standout success, excelling in both safety and productivity performance.
