Working in acute hospitals both nationally and internationally, his management skills have been honed with over 18 years in middle and senior management positions. Having worked with the Mater Group for over 2 years, Chris’ role is as the General Manager at Mater Private Hospital Redland, where the primary focus is on ensuring exceptional patient care using efficient operational strategies. Chris feels by fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture within healthcare organisations, we can empower both staff and patients to excel while been financially responsible.
