He is CEO of the Private Health Insurance Intermediaries Association, which enforces a code of conduct for comparators and brokers that advise consumers and employers about health insurance.

He is on industry-based code committees involving the policing of mis- and disinformation and fundraising standards and chairs both a child safety charity and a community broadcasting group.
