Daniel Strachman
Co-Founder at IMDDA

Daniel Strachman, CDDA, has been working on Wall Street for more than twenty years in various capacities, including investment management, institutional brokerage, hedge fund, private equity fund and mutual fund product development, marketing, distribution and administration. Mr. Strachman is the Co-Founder of the Investment Management Due Diligence Association, the only organization singularly focused on educating investors on both operational and investment management due diligence. The IMDDA’s members include the leading Corporate and Public Pensions, Endowments, Foundations and Insurance companies around the world. He also serves as an independent director to both on-shore and off-shore investment vehicles and is a registered director under the Directors Registration and Licensing Law, 2014 of the Cayman Islands. Mr. Strachman has authored nine books on investment management and fund operations including The Fundamentals of Hedge Fund Management (Wiley) and Getting Started In Hedge Funds (Wiley).
