Dawn Astles

Dawn Astles is a medication safety pharmacist and Senior Project Officer working with the eHealth and Medication Safety team at the Australian Commission on Quality and Safety in Health Care.  She works with clinicians, academics, professional peak bodies, federal, and state and territory governments to deliver projects that support medication safety across Australia. 
Some of her current projects include: development of resources to support implementation of the PBS electronic National Residential Medication Chart (eNRMC), development of information requirements to support a PBS electronic Chemotherapy Medication Chart (eCMC) and development of an online self-assessment tool (EMM SAT) to support acute facilities identify areas for EMM system optimisation and improvement.
