Georgi Mitov

Georgi Mitov is the Director of Research at FactSet, where he is responsible for the research and development of quantitative analytics modules in the FactSet Programmatic Environment and the FactSet Portfolio Optimizer engine. He has more than 20 years of experience building models and software solutions in the risk and quant space. Prior to joining FactSet, he was the Head of Quantitative Analytics at BISAM and FinAnalytica. Georgi holds a Master of Science in Probability and Statistics from Sofia University and a PhD in Probability and Statistics from the Bulgarian Academy of Science.
