Graham Holden

Graham Holden is the Engineering Manager for the NEWest Alliance, which is currently delivering the ThornlieCockburn Link and Yanchep Rail Extension projects, which are part of the WA State Government’s METRONET program of transport improvements. Graham is an experienced rail industry professional with a 35+ year career spanning engineering management, operational management and railway engineering. Having started his career as a rolling stock specialist, Graham has advanced to achieve leadership in each of his areas of capability and across the full spectrum of railway disciplines. He is a passionate practitioner and advocate for effective collaboration and integrative project development and has a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects. Graham is a Fellow of Engineers Australia and an Engineering Executive (EngExec). He holds a Master’s degree in Rail Systems Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
