Imogen Ditchfield

Imogen has been a Director in the Mergers team at the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) since January 2023. In this role, Imogen leads case teams on complex Phase 1 merger cases and oversees the CMA's mergers intelligence function. Imogen was previously an Assistant Director of Mergers and, prior to joining the CMA, a Senior Associate in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer's London antitrust, competition and trade practice.
