Kristy Finch

Kristy is the Chief Development Office for Nexsphere an Australian- owned development company partnered with Equinor for the Bass Offshore Wind Energy project or BOWE. Kristy is an experienced people leader with more than 20 years experience in environmental planning, stakeholder engagement and project delivery and has spent most of her career working in the early phases of complex civil infrastructure projects. After spending a few years delivering offshore wind projects as a consultant, Kristy moved to Nexsphere in September 2023 to lead the early phase delivery of BOWE.
