Lynn N. Simon, FAIA, LEED Fellow is a Principal and West Services Sustainability Leader at Arup and has more than two decades of experience influencing behaviors and shifting mindsets to reach climate, sustainability, and equity goals across tech, real estate, and AEC sectors. Lynn’s skills include developing client relationships, convening stakeholders, driving cross-functional programs in matrix organizations, and building multi-disciplinary global teams with a focus on carbon, waste, water, ecology, health, and DEI.x000D x000D Lynn serves as the Chair of the American Institute of Architects California Climate Action Committee and is a Strategic Advisor for the PropTech Start Up Wise Guys. She has spoken at over 200+ industry events on sustainability, leadership, and diversity. She served as chair or participated in USGBC committees for 20 years and was honored with the USGBC Pacific Region SHERO Leadership Award, gb&d Magazine Women in Sustainability Leadership Award, and the USGBC’s President’s Leadership Award.
