Luke Wilson
Director at Paylos Adventures

Luke Wilson is the founding Director of Paylos, an organisation that specialises in mentoring and supporting at-risk, complex children, youth and adults in both out-of-home care and the NDIS sector, using a unique approach of “covert capacity building.” He has 14 years of diverse experience, including volunteering in youth programs and prisons, working as a residential care worker, and an intensive case manager in the out-of-home care space.
Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ministry focusing on community development and social justice, a Diploma in Therapeutic Life Story Work, and a Certificate in Children, Youth, and Family Services. He has also contributed to program development for the Cambodian government, by collaborating with local community leaders in providing essential social support in rural communities. Luke now leads a team of 50 mentors who support people facing a diverse range of barriers, such as neurodiversity or complex trauma, to gain employment, secure stable housing and make positive social connections.
