Majella is a health consumer, athlete and product leader specialising in startups, technology and innovation. Majella is in her early twenties and is a long-term user of private health care who chose to continue her coverage to provide herself with extra security for her chronic health condition and sports-related injuries.

While she enjoys the benefits of her cover, she believes the system has a long way to go in order to suitably address the needs of young people across Australia.
