Martin is a strategic property/business advisor to a range of public and private sector clients and organisations. He brings extensive experience in the conception, planning and delivery of major capital projects across asset classes from commercial offices to universities, airports to industrial, and single sites to large-scale urban renewal programmes. With more than 35 years’ experience in commercial, mixed use and residential property development and investment in Australia and New Zealand, he brings both senior executive and governance experience and in the planning,establishment and delivery of large scale and complex projects. Martin is comfortable in working from “boiler room, to board room” and frequently presents advice at C-suite, Board, and Ministerial levels.
