Moutaz Mashhour

Over 34 years of experience in leading the development and execution of strategic and transformational programs in Human Resources and Shared Services through establishing infrastructures, processes, systems and policies in Mega Startups, projects, subsidiaries, and joint ventures.

Throughout his career, Moutaz held several key professional, managerial and leadership positions related to Training and Development, Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Shared Services.

Mr. Mashhour holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial management and a master’s degree in business administration from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dharan Saudi Arabia. He has Undertaken several leadership and executive development programs from Columbia, Rice, and Georgetown Universities in the US. Completed the University of Minnesota's HR Certification and is a certified Performance Improvement Consultant from the International Society for Performance Improvement, USA.
