Nina is Currently the Vice President HR EMEA & Global DEI for PSA BDP With over 20 years of supporting the business in various sectors ranging from consulting to in-house & she has a wealth of experience in FMCG, Telecommunication and Financial Services; from Convergys, O2 Telefonica, Kimberly-Clark, PwC and Cantor Fitzgerald, to name a few.
She is passionate about business strategy led Human Resources, and her expertise lies in being a Strategic Thinking Partner to the business resulting in delivering business-focused people solutions that drive discretionary effort, engagement and result.
When not focused on business, she is active within her community; either in her role as an Advisory board member for the UAE Africa Networking group or as Co-Founder and CEO of the All Africa Festival, an annual event at Burj Park, Downtown Dubai, in partnership with EMAAR focused on celebrating Africa and HER many UNIQUE, and BEAUTIFUL cultural expressions worldwide focused on food and culture, & family.
Nina is regarded as an HR strategy leader and has been a keynote speaker at global events focusing on HR's role in growing revenue and accelerating growth.
