Perrin Abbas

Perrin Abbas is a multicultural specialist with roots in India and Dubai. Her diverse background spans three countries and various organizations, enriched by a Masters in Sociology, a degree in Political Science and Psychology, and ICF coaching certification. With 12 years as a Yoga and Meditation teacher, Perrin infuses a holistic approach into her work. She conducts Public Speaking and Emotional Intelligence seminars for the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC) across Australia. Currently, Perrin manages the Building Employer Confidence (BEC) project, funded by the Department of Social Services (DSS), focused on disability inclusion. This initiative aims to enhance employer confidence in hiring and supporting CALD people with disabilities. Through interactive workshops, she guides teams and individuals to thrive in multicultural and inclusive environments, transforming cultural and accessibility challenges into opportunities for growth.

She also hosts the radio show ‘EquiVoices” on Multicultural Mental Health on 5EBI 103.1FM.
