Reece has 10 years experience in the oil and has industry, including as Manager Production Planning and Market Liaison. Prior to joining Woodside, Reece worked in power Generation including 2 years based in the United Kingdom Nuclear Power industry. Since joining Woodside in 2011, Reece gained extensive experience across production including, facilities engineering, operations, and production optimisation. Reece was Karratha Gas Plant Operations Manager based in Karratha from 2015 to 2017.
