Serene Hamsho

Serene Hamsho is an award-winning wind energy technologist, MIT visiting scientist, and a public speaker. Her work has contributed to the growth of the wind energy industry in North America and shaped the innovation path for the offshore wind technologies.Developing multi-billion dollar projects for wind energy top leaders, Serene currently serves as the Director of Technology and Innovation for offshore wind development in the United States, tackling both bottom-fixed and floating offshore technologies. Brining over 12 years of experience from the wind energy industry and bridging the gap between the industry, academia and government through her continuous training programs offered to the federal government, private companies and academic institutes.
