Stephen Milsted

Born in Newcastle, England, Stephen immigrated to Australia in 1980. After his apprenticeship as a chef aged 20, he worked in Germany for 3-years which included the InterContinental Hotel Group Frankfurt, producing thousands of high-class meals and functions for dignitaries and world leaders.Stephen gets a lot of satisfaction in making people happy by producing good food. When travelling locally or overseas, he seeks out good local produce and finds fresh food markets to buy produce and cook for his family.
