Mr Thomas Dockray, Project Director, CopperString 2032, Powerlink Queensland Tom is a highly versatile and energetic business manager with extensive experience in the engineering and construction management field. He has a strong commercial knowledge and background to manage key risks and realise opportunities. Tom has experience working in Australia, Asia, Africa, North America, the Middle East, the UK and emerging markets, as well as infrastructure, oil and gas, mining power and civil sectors. Tom has the privilege of being the Project Director for CopperString 2032 – the largest ever economic development project for North and North West Queensland.
